Custie today accused me of missing a window out.....old boy came out and said no way did you clean the bog window coz its still open.........
i was taken aback i can tell you,but my reply was 'well Les if you beleive that we best part company if you cant trust me' 'i can tell you now i
did clean it and left it as i found it part opened'.......he replied well i will give u benefit of doubt and went back in..

just for the record i did clean it but i now have a customer who doubts my integrity and it really pis$ed me off for rest of day....
i cant afford to lose any work but this custie is making me think he can go to hell as i am not happy ... Angry

Experiences from other windys appreciated

charlie had it on a few occasions, always annoys me when I know it isn't true, and they usually end up dumped after a while, but sometimes I just shrug it off, as customers can have bad days and are used to window cleaners doing exactly that. pregnant women are the worst they go off on rants for nothing, and at this point you don't even realise they are pregnant, so you think they don't trust you, and for some reason the elderly are prone to it as well, I wouldn't worry to much just let it go, unless it becomes a habit then get rid. I also like your line if you don't trust my integrity, I always use that as it confuses them and makes them think

for some reason folk don't think a window can be cleaned unless it's shut Huh? or even that you can pull it open again when you've done Roll Eyes
my favourite is when they come and shut it after you've cleaned it Tongue
