my thing is to undercutter is if they want to work for that amount so be it, but you got to ask your self, were you charging tomuch at the time ?
also you can say to the customer time and time again, with my price, you know your getting a trust worthy person and one thats working for a desent price and one thats not going to look into your house, making note of what you got.

have to agree they are popping out of the wood work but hey there arnt to many good window cleaners hang in there lads i lost a house to a polish guy he done it £5 cheaper 4 months later the guy ask me to do it again i ask what happened the pole they were goin on hols as the polish window cleaner arrived to do the windows they came home and hadnt even a picture on there walls house was just a shell the very copper was stripped from the house the guy blames the polish window cleaner (need i say anymore)

i talked to a polish guy and he said in his country their gardens are like fortresses, big fences around their property, and if you got a nice car guaranteed it be scratched in the morning or broken into. i should say this for the entire nation but, im speaking for the mouth of a polish person

I know someone that this happened too  He was eastern euro of some sort

No worries good honest window cleaners are difficult to find and custies know this. Also if you are fully insured tell the custie, this helps to justify the higher cost.

yes but i find in current climate (and i talk to about 5 windys regular) that it seems to be a bit of a luxury that at this time of year they can do without if they choose,also the area you work in may not have as many cleaners as others,i know of 12 in a 15 mile radius...

i dont think its is just this time of year that its a luxery and they can take it or leave it i think its just a luxery full stop,i spoke to a wheelie bin cleaner the other day and he said he is getting cancellations left right and centre i think us wheelie bin cleaner milk man lemonade man etc are all goin to go
