£12 in a council estate, £15 elsewhere.
it is worth saying that my round is in a town of 2500 and around the surrounding 10 mile area so i maybe charge a little extra as i dont have any number of houses in one place so drive to each job.

Its always a pain in the bottom if you get recommendations from underpriced Jobs too cos if you price them up well they question why theirs is a tenner when you do their mates house for 6 quid or whatever the price is

I used to live/work in West midlands, average 3 bed semi would be £8.

Now I live/work near Glasgow, average price for same house £5/£6- takes some getting used to!

if i tried to charge £12 for a 3bed semi on any council estate up here id get laughed out of work i charge £6 & there's 2 other lads in the same area who are cheaper,  i've got 3 houses on another council estate at £5 most of the others pay £3/4 its ok for me cos they're some big private ones, 2nd floor ones which i charge £12/14  & i'm supposed to live in a well off area, but im making money so im happy

Im not asking for specific areas to undercut anyone mate, Im just asking for rough ideas of what the going rate for a window cleaner in a certain part of the country, I just wanna see if theres much difference in price structure in the North to the south ect, and when I knock on doors if they say they have a window cleaner and can I beat him on price I always say '' No, I dont take anyone elses work ''
