if you buy a round cash,get a recipe ,then the fella you bought round off goes and collects money that you have worked,how does the law deal with this

Sounds like you would need to take out a civil action to me as can't see it ever being taken on by police as a criminal offence.

I would report it, Ive herd this happen to one person and they reported it and the police told them to sort it out between them selfs. Next time get them to sign a contracts mate. Hope it works out though

when you buy the round surely you go around with the seller and he introduces you, keeps custies happy and they know its changed.  but buyer beware as the custie has no legal contract with the window cleaner they can change whenever they want and will not need to give any notice.

As above, you have no contractual obligation, so new windy can come in and canvas the area.Take all the custies.Worst case is that you could be left with bugga all or a round made up of custies from HELL that the seller wanted shot of - asap !!
