Scraping, cleaning (frames / sills / panes), rinsing / wiping down, checking work after the job is done - all standard as far as I'm concerned.  We even clean the customers front doors for them as well.

Good service means a loyal customer - can't afford to lose many in this economic climate.

No one is perfect and mistakes and issues will happen, it's just a matter of keeping them to a minimum!  Wink But it could be the lead bleeding!! I got a lead house I do, and for the last couple clean she said there's runs and drips, so this now has to be on a ladder!!  Angry

Water fed is uber slow! Trad is the way to go and always has been, water fed is only good if the windows have led on them, because it does a good job on them, but otherwise use a pole, its quicker when you get the hang of it, and also it doesn't drip for an hour on the bottom windows which means you can do them all faster and earn money faster! Smiley Don't forget to dog-ear your channels, saves a tonne of time when it comes to detailing, or should I say the lack of it haha

If a blade is faster than a pole and brush wee wagga, then I am Brad Pitt. I am 16 yrs on squeegee and 6 on a pole, so I should know.
Anyway, I try and do the best I can but sometimes I know it's not perfect. Like Escort said, I know who to watch out for.
