Hi all,
       Just had a call from a primary school wanting me to clean the windows asap. Just wondered about getting a CRB check, they haven't asked but i'm pretty sure that i would need one working on a school property? I have just had a look on the Gov CRB website and they can take up to 8 weeks to get them done, and i can't apply for it myself as the school have to do it  . If i was to clean the windows on a weekend when the school was closed and unoccupied, would this be ok until i have the CRB check back. Or do i need to get one at all if i'm doing outsides only when they are closed and nobody is about?
I have been meaning to get this done and a CSCS card for ages, but work coming in has kept me busy and never seen any rush to get it sorted out. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

dont worry about it the school will do a mini crb check on you.
 They may ask for your name and address and date of birth so they can check you out.
Thats what most schools or nurseries do around here anyway.
