I had a quote from the one company that advertises with the Federation of Window Cleaners and that was all in for around £500 and you got further discounts if you were a member of the FWC ...

the only brob with my insurace, its wih a lot of insurances they dont tell you, heres th funny bit if your working on a window and you crak it you are not covered but if next door window cracks with out you touching it you are covered. i laffed my ed off dwn the phone to her she said its because your responsible for the window you are working on, but if you swing a ladder and reak somthing including any window you are onlso covered.
so if i break a window i just say my WFP blew out of my hand and i wernt woring on that window.

If you check what IS covered, you will find that the Allied Insurance covers you for a lot more than the cheaper ones, such as the house you ARE working on and not just the neighbours and other things not normally covered by other companies. Thats why it is bit more expensive.

To add to what Mr.H says...Aillied also insure the window that you are working on....and Stevie_b is right alot of copmanies DO NOT cover the window you are working on. shocking but true.
