Hi members,I`ve got 2 inside windows to do Friday morning
Inside that’s covered in what looks like the residue or glue
From the backing of cello tape or something.
I`m taking some WD40,white spirit and mentholated spirits
With me and a scaper and 0000 steel wool.
I know it`s gonna smell, but if none of the above dos`nt work
And in my experience in the past it has`nt what do ya recommend ?

Thanks for replies,

Although I have not used it you can buy some stuff called Sticky Stuff Remover from diy stores.
I think Jeff on Jouks forum uses it.

White spirit is good, for glass and UPVC. It should come off with any type of cloth.

thank god we are only  confronted with this problem  ( well me )  once in a blue moon. because that oil Flo stinks .. just make  sure if  use it  to  use  separate  cloths and after use  bin them  or keep them  for  another job in a  air tight bag..away  from  other  cloths and materials

Oil Flo 141 does not smell too bad at all.
I think it is the basic Oil Flo that has the strong unpleasant smell.
