Hi Guys!

Need help on what could be causing my water production to slow down. tds is still 000 but has gone from producing 4250 litres
a week to only 1500 litres???  water pressure is about 40psi.

any ideas would be very helpful.

Cheers

my TDS reading changed(tap water) from 500+ to half that over night, turns out the water board had done some repairs in our area, could be something simlar in your neck of the wood and its changed the pressure..just a though  Smiley......then again it could just be the filter need changing....every 6 months is about the going rate for replacing them Wink

Seemingly the water board has targets to meet as far as loosing water through burst pipes is concerned, instead of fixing the burst pipe they turn the water pressure down so as they loose the water more slowly.

If you have the pressure gauge fitted in the right place, then you can use that to let you know when the pre filters need changing.

Same happened to me, change your pre filters and you will be back in full production.
