does anyone know what the thread size is on the tank outlet, and also the thread size of the inlet and outlet of the sureflow pumps? and does anyone know if you can get a adaptor to go from 15mm pipe to 1/2inch hose?

Usually tank outlets are 3/4" bsp. If you want an adaptor for 15mm domestic water pipe to standard 1/2" garden hose, then 15mm john guest double female fittings would work.
