I know many people buy tanks direct, and some get them along with self fit systems without a means of securing.

I sell metal tank frames for 250L up to 650L, complete with securing plates for underneath, bar for hanging pump box, and battery tray for securing battery.

Prices as follows...

250L lay-flat or upright £120 plus VAT and £10 delivery
400L lay-flat or upright £140 plus VAT and £12 delivery
650L lay-flat or upright £160 plus VAT and £14 delivery

You can buy the 400L version now on ebay, or let me know if your interested in another size and I will list it on eBay at the appropriate price.  Prices you see include delivery and VAT.   You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Not so important as protecting yourself but a good financial investment, is our protective flooring which is also now available.

Dave if I never had anything to sell then this site wouldn't be here.

I pretty much let people do and talk about what they want on here, and even let other suppliers talk about their stuff which wouldn't happen anywhere else.  With the money this forum has cost me over the years, and still is,  I would think I am entitled to put a post or two up promoting my own stuff.  I have the facility to email each and every user on here with a couple of clicks of the mouse but choose not to, or do so very rarely, and have never used it so far to sell anything.

Granted I was a lot more active at the start because in they days I had quite a bit of knowledge compared to some others, and could answer questions that others couldn't answer, or never had the courage to answer.  Now I don't need to as most forum users along with the moderators, can easily answer any questions asked.

Pete,

Thanks for that. Will let people know as we get a few asking about frames when they come into the shop.
For complete fitted systems we always pass on your details.

Cheers

Hi Dave did you try phoning me?

I had a look and you you got the brushes at the beginning of December 2008, and you payed £49 for each one.

What went wrong with the switches?  I get very little going wrong with them now, the way they are set up.

If you want to give me a ring on 07751 964 450 we can get it sorted out.

It is not a tank I usually do.  I do the wydale tanks 125, 250, 400, and 650.  It would not effect the MOT, it might do if you bolt through the chassis, but what you want to do is drop a bolt down each side of the chassis, and plate between the two bolts.

hi peter

the switches both leak from the connections when you put the bar to the on position they do not let the water throu you have to switch it on and off several times before the water comes trou. this slows me down loads as when the brush is extended and no water is coming trou i have to lower the pole and get it working manually . i only need 2 new switches but finding who does these is impossible.i have taken them off for now and just wasteing water again

Hi Dave, It seems like the little blue pipe going into the connector may be messed up?

Seeing as you have taken them off anyway could you send them to me and I will pay your postage?  I will look at them the day I get them, and if they need replaced I will send you two new ones free of charge.

To be honest I get very little trouble with the switches now the way they are positioned, but sometimes some grit from the containers, or the bottom of the tank can find its way into the switch and cause them to stick.  When they do stick they are very easily taken apart and cleaned.  I have not came across one yet that a clean has not been able to get working again, as good as new.  I have even came across one that someone had a bit of trouble with, and by the time it got to me in the post it was working perfectly.

Did your brushes have the little lever attached to the toggle?

OK Dave, I have sent you out two switches connections and bolts today first class.  The switches are second hand but working perfectly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                If anything goes wrong with them in future just give me a ring and i will tell you what to do.  Or in the future if you want to buy new ones let me know.                                                                                                                                                                                Peter

If you insist Dave I will do them for £19 each,  The ones you have will last years though if you do what I told you.
