I've got a lot of houses with old sash windows, the ones with 4 big panes and very nervous when cleaning them as they are very fragile at moment use vikan brush would superlite reduce the risk of cracking the windowsalot, is it a good everyday brush

I have used this brush from gardiners for the last 12 months with the slx . It's very good , Light , good scrubbing bristles and seem's to do the job for me . i have been advised by Alex that maybe the Black superlight is a better brush , cant remember why he said that now .There both similiar and excellant .
Buy one painey boy , expensive but it's the tool tou use every hour . A must .

its very light and quick but I found it leaves black marks on upvc frames and sills so don't use it now. Just bought the new vikan and think its brilliant, heavier yeh but so much better cleaning power

never had the gradiner lite brush leave any black marks on frame, are you hitting the frames with it hard. had the vikan brush just a bit heavier but does the same job,if any thing on first cleans then then i use the vikan. how the hell a brush can make you quicker,is beyond me.

lightness mate, if you have say a sill brush on a pole its like swinging a brick around, dont get me wrong i love my sill brush but you keep a quick pace up with a superlite brush all day but dont feel the effort at the end of it

the body of the gardiner and the bristles of the vikan we would have a world champion brush but sorry to say.. they are both igildy pigildy.. and they are both suffering from a midlife crisis "one brush is going bald and the other is overweight "
