I've been using the whirlwind one-pass for the past 6wks,and it took a wee while to get used to it but i got there in the end.It is quicker and really versitile, and wondered how the squeegee would hold up to it? Anyway, the squeegee has now been given it's P45 Cry and will probably be left hanging in the van,as a antique and distant memory.Have any of you guys done the same???

Nah,mine was about £26.00 i think, but well worth it once you get the hang of it.And anyway,a good brass ettorre handle/channel & rubber won't be that much cheaper!

i have the blue ribbon wagtail but dont use it they dont hold a lot of water having to keep dipping it in the bucket. a waste of £30 odd. one big dip with a 18 inch applicator will do 10x the amount a wagtail will do.

I still use my 18" applicator on the outsides only, but the swivel design on the wagtail's still quicker than a squeegee!
