for those of you who sold work,how did you go about it,from adervisting throw to showing people the round,did you work the round with them,did you take money up front.


any help will be a help Grin

i selt a wee round a while ago........ showed him an introduced him........ money exchanged.......... deal done

I advertised in my local window cleaning supply shop.
It sold straight away.
Do what the buyer wants, if he/she wants to do the first clean with you to prove that the work is yours then do it.
Get all money upfront not in installments.

A Lad of here , bought some of mine , it was about 25 mile away for myself to do and he lived near there .
Sold it 1x the value , as I was getting rid of it anyway , bargain .

did you show him all the house,and to all the custys,,did he work the round with you

Look at this way,what would you want if you were buying some work.
I would check every house to make sure the prices were ok and I'd want to meet every custy to make sure that they were cleaned by the guy who was selling the work.
Some wc's want to work the round some are happy just meeting the custy's.
I have a good relationship with all my custy's so if anybody turns up to do the work without me informing them beforehand they are told to get lost.
