Hi all,

Is it just me or is RO-Man absolutely impossible to contact???
I have tried to telephone for nearly 3 weeks now and their number is constantly busy with a message saying 'all our operators are busy, call back later' after placing an order for 300 quids worth of equipment all I have received is two 'we are out of stock' emails, just panicking a bit as I'm desperate for the parts I ordered.

Sorry my first post is a negative one but I don't fancy losing my money or customers.
Is anyone else getting the run around from them?

Thanks in advance, Rob.

i have dealt with them in the past, not for over a year now, and have had no problems at all.
but i have heard on here or other w/c forums that people have had the same experiance as you, and had to wait ages for there gear.
it has put me off dealing with them again.
have you tried emailing them.

I hope my worries are unfounded  Undecided

The only time I got through to them was when I needed a price for a 40-40 system and the price said call, so I emailed them and they rang me back within two minutes (on a number witheld phone) so they were busy until they thought they were missing an order.

This is when I ordered a merlin plus other bits and haven't been able to speak to anyone since (funny they didn't say they were out of stock when I ordered)

I've always been a straight up guy and paid up front for everything but RO-MAN are doing themselves no favours, cos the next step is a claim back from Visa.

Thanks for listening to a miserable old git venting  Wink

Rob.

RO-Man have been taken over. It's a shame as the orginal guy who built it up is in bad health. One or two of the staff are a pain to deal with so I have been told.

We deal a lot now with RO-Man ex customers. I don't know the in's and out's of the new owner but lets hope he can pull them back.
