Its easiest to get him on the phone,.. he takes a while to check his e-mail sometimes. The autobrush is the best invention ever,.. no more fumbling with flow valves! The Pole is very good,... but he has mentioned the MKII version of it will be on sale sometime around July,... he's having specialist equipment made so he can produce the new pole sections right there in his workshop!

Jouk, sorry but I am one step ahead. You might have had something there, but along with a clamp-less pole the Auotobrush is still the best.

peter, i have the autobrush, and it is good, am not knocking it, am just saying its now been put to 2nd place now i do like the idea of the clampless pole, and i do believe it will be succesful, personally i think you brought it out to early before everything was ironed out, and it slightly damaged the reputation of the pole, but no doubt when you get your new machines, and the improvments done, folk will get a different view on it,

peter, i have the autobrush, and it is good, am not knocking it, am just saying its now been put to 2nd place now I have to disagree Jouk, and I am not knocking your product either as I have never used it, but I have seen it in action. You still have to stop what your doing to disconnect your hose before the water stops. And when everyone moves over to clamp-less poles will the technology still be able to be used? The Autobrush will still be an asset I might have been a bit quick in getting a clamp-less pole on the market, but if I hadn't then I wouldn't know now what I know about them. And besides there is a lot of people out there now, working half the amount of time they used to work because of the clamp-less pole, try telling them I released it too early. Yes they are looking forward to the new version, but they wouldn't part with the pole they have just now. Peter

couldnt agree more with you peter.......i certainly would never go back to clamped poles......i only ever use clampless now for up to 30 feet (over that i use modular, right pain to put together but ideal for height).....i have seen your video jouk...it looks good, certainly better than looking for the cut off taps/valve...however if you were to offer me either your setup or peters.....i have to say autobrush all the way mate....i just bought another one last month from peter...its been upgraded and works better than the old version....and i will be 1st in the queue for peters new clampless pole when it comes out.......currently i am doing wot a lot of the lads are doing and thats doing the clampless route myself, but its a fasle economy as the pole dosent last as long as i hoped for and you need to constantly repair/tape etc.....so if peters new one eliminates the need for that then i will be a happy bunny.

as i said, earlier when folk see the new tested and updated vesion, no doubt they will change their minds about it, i would use one for my own business, but over the phone, peter was reluctant to sell me one of his first prototypes , my pole has been way updated since the last video you saw, becouse my hose internal is built in, it is very fast to us regardless of clamps, unlike the way it is still done today, their is no drag, where the tubing holds back when you telescope your pole, my pole goes up very fast and smooth, but i have left the most vital part out which makes the pole completly portable, the only man ever to witness this on video is jeff brown, also my invension has at least 8 new avenues to sell as a different product, and not restricted to just wfp, peter when you get the new machines, and you start selling them, you will sell me one this time all the best with your clampless pole, it will do well, i will even make you a banner and stick it up on the academy for you. regards jouk45

Thanks Jouk, like I said on the other forum recently, I am not really trying to sell them at the moment, but if someone is adamant that they want one i will sell them one. I don't feel guilty because I know that it will pay for itself in a very short time. Another thing is I only get around £10 profit on each one, and considering I have had to replace quite a few faulty ones, and certain sections I am actually loosing money on them. Not surprising I am reluctant to sell them.

blimey peter, making a £10 profit, peter i discovered something that may be important to you, while doing a patent search, i stumbled upon a 12v clampless pole, it looks very easy to make, the great thing is it has expired so wide open to anyone to use, just press a switch and it raises and lowers its self, and you would be gobsmacked as to who use to own it, if you are interested just let me know,

Thanks Jouk I may be able to use that sometime.
Thinking about the pole that goes up and down with battery power, and I am not surprised it is not on the market. For a start it would be too slow going up and down. Then you would have problems with water getting in the motor etc. Then there is all the extra weight.

I cannot work it out either Peter, its one of Joes secrets, but I dont think electrics got anything to do with it, its just how the water gets from the botttom to the top that I cannot work out.
