only been using it 2 months and has split as many times. it's probably ok in summer but when it's cold it's just got no give and splits when you move it. so gone back to braided hose, it might be a bit heavier but never splits on you, i know which is preferable. because it's so unpliable it also get's round your feet a lot more so 2 good reasons Grin
i've heard some don't split as easy so may try another sort one day.

i've been using a clear PU hose from tecbuk, 8mm outer, 5mm inner, its very plyable, can operate in temps down to -30, i stuck a piece in the freezer for a couple of days and when i got it out it was still soft, think it cost about £1.10 per metre, if i can find details i will put it on here,if not have a look on fleabay under water fed pole hose. I have used various hoses over the years but this one seems to be the best so far.

Aqua-Dapter pole hose is indestructable and flexible. I will never use anything other again.

Sorry Ronnie I don't agree the Aquadapter hose is flexible.
I used it for a couple of months and it was terrible. Always kinking and twisting up at the base of the pole and it stayed in a coiled state from the minute I took it out of the packaging until a couple of months later when I binned it!
Others have experienced this aswell.
Im currently using Sureclean pole hose and it is sooo much better.  Cool

If I'm right is it you that I was talking to on Matt's forum?  If so I think you and Dave W are the only ones who've experienced this.  Did you really use it for a couple of months?  I'd like to have a chat with you to try and work out what is so different about the way you're using/your experience with it to most others.  If you're willing to have a chat about it, please PM or email the address on the profile and I can give you a call.

We've also recently released some new hose: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login not quite as flexible as the orange until worn in, but less likely to tangle and feedback suggests it's better than hot.
