I never tried to patent (against a lot of advice) the modular featherlite - F16 as i foresaw it being stolen and adapted and developed.I think the modular tapered c/f concept has yet another developement to go.
Philip your new lighter telescopic is a welcome advance. There are many suppliers of parallel c/f tube about , but its keeping it upright that is the problem. Which by just looking at your video and not being able to have hands on appears that its friction and the bend of the pole that does it.
Personally I need a pole that does not spin as i use a swivel brush that needs fine control from the ground, so await delivery of Peters much thought out patented new version which wont spin.( Peter thinks about thinks for a long time before developing and has a track record of getting it right. I am just hoping that in the new shipment there are a few c/f versions.  Smiley Good luck to you both.
100ft upwards and onwards.

I reckon Peter has the design, and Simpole have the material. That carbon fibre looked incredibly strong and durable,.. but Peter's MKII pole that won't spin is way ahead on design.

I really thing the two of you guys working together would produce fantastic results.

The SimPole 6 pound taper 48 does not spin!
We added a rubber stop at the bottom which helped a lot.
I will do a new clip with the whole pole being lifted up completely extended.
We are accepting testers now  and $1,275.00 is a very good price.
We have given much though on the strength and will make improvements if needed.
Others continue to sell WFP that break and don't change much even when they find out.
We give a complete year guarantee from any manufacture mistakes. Which so far no returns.

We our so very tire of the high prices on WFP and want to get them as reasonable as possible and that is why the
SimPoles are such a great buy.
We only wish that usa window cleaners would support usa business and not always go after cheap poles from UK.
You are so far ahead of most usa window cleaners with the used of WFP
We have been using WFP from 1983.
I have been modifying window cleaning equipment for 35 years and have a good understanding of what works well.
We our now making 64' with 8x8 sections and a 72 8x9 because what you need is height so you can extent 1/2 the pole then adjust the rest up the side of the building.

They have.

thewaterfedguy's been on a few times since then, and must have seen the comments, but hasn't posted since. Looks like he's taken things on board.

I have given up as well and made another "flagpole" clampless pole. Must say I am a bit disappointed with Peters attitude. He could at least answer his phone or reply to questions on this, his, forum. Granted he may be busy BUT it does not bode well if you cannot get answers or contact him before you buy anything from him. Makes me wonder what sort of customer service you could expect if things went wrong. I was really looking forward to purchasing one of his new poles as well.
