to be honest they aren't bad usually, I find the worst is young family's with young kids and a mortgage, you can hear them rattling the kids money jars to get the money sometimes, again not all just most my favourite jobs are pensioners, but they die on you sometimes but they don't usually owe so not to bad

I love the pensioners. They always have the money put to one side on the worktop. It doesn't get touched till you collect.

thanks chip iam changing the way my business works i never said my business works seriously though, how can it be anything but greed to charge for depositing money with the bank when they profit from you for depositing it? bonkers! they wanted 6 quid a month just to have a business account, then charge for cheques, and i dare say it would'nt end there

on a more cheerful note, don't you love watching customers grow up, or there kids, I do a nice house, lovely customer pays on the day or internet same day, and today I was looking at a cheerful young lass playing and waving through the patio doors and a young baby in her mothers arms, when I started the job she had no kids and was just married, time fly's I thought she was new customer nothing to do with losing customers sorry peter
