Hi All

Who do you use for insurance Huh?
A-Plan have just sent me my renewal £2K Angry from my current underwrighter and best price from a new insurance company £1200 which is what i paid last year, but that now does'nt include all my system and equipment, Just fully comp on the van no cover for all my kit.
I have always declaired that i have a bolted water tank and diesel heater and that it is used for WFP window cleaning.

Could you let me know who you use so i can try and get some quotes.

Thanks

try Commercial vehicle direct
My transit van with 650 bolted litre system in was £450
Had to do some haggling and leave it until the last day .
They wanted £600 , after previous year of £475 , so I did well .
Only van covered this as £2.5k of tools / system was a extra £70 , and I just didnt want to pay anymore .

good luck , robbing baskets

Yep,mine due as well, autonet last year £540, but will be looking to get it a bit cheaper this time.I've already given a few brokers a bit o grief about the scandalous way the insurance companies penalise you for having your system bolted down Angry

Kempy, phoned CVD and they were coming in at £600 using Ageas Ins,they are going to have to phone another company to see if they will cover me(can't remember name tho)if they do it will be £520.Do you know what insurance company is underwriting your policy?
