Was cleaning a house today, started on the top front windows as normal, The curtins were closed so  i had no trouble seeing the glass, washed the whole window and hosed it off, Just as i was about to start the next window the curtins opened, So i thought nothing of it was washing the next window, when the front door opened, Customer looking at me, she said You've missed a bit of my bedroom window (WTF) Oh! which bit? i asked. The bottom half in the middle i'll show you! So she goes up stairs and points to the bottom half of the window. So i reclean the bottom half of the window thinking did i miss a bit of bird poo or a snail trail or something. finish cleaning the house taking extra care not to miss abit, Go and collect the money so i asked her what was wrong with the bedroom window, She replied You missed the bottom half of my window because it was dry (WTF) .
How dumb can you get! even if i had'nt run the brush over that bit of the window, The window was dripping with water as i had just that second rinsed it off. Dry my bottom i think she needs some bloody glasses.

Had one myself yesterday she asked why the lounge window was wet  she watched me do the whole house with pole  "ohh I dont want it done like that if it leaves marks" told her it's been done for past year that way  the silly moo.

I have one, just did again today, she goes on and on and on and on, about her window, yes one window being done wfp, she hates it, she  has tried every argument under the sun to get me to do that one window by ladder, I have told her to sack me, I have offered her the number of other window cleaners, I have explained it to death, she still goes on, three years, month in month out, but she keeps paying me had dinner with my dad tonight, ex w/c for umpteen years, and he said she was trying to bully me into doing what she want's, I said I know but after three years wouldn't she be bored, he said no son, fecking idiots out there just will not let it lie, but on the same point he had that when he went from chamois and scrim to a squeegie
