how much to charge for a builders clean ? any ideas

A lot. Take you're highest quote you can think of then double it. And make sure you get an indemnity from any scratches on the windows otherwise the builder will happily hold you responsible for the scratches they made on installation!

Builders cleans are hard, hard work. I wouldn't take one on by myself, and only maybe if I was working with someone.

I normally go with 6x or 8x my normal price. Builders cleans in Ireland are a lot worse than the UK tho normally.
