well i take me hat off to the service ive recd from the above company.
i was look for abigger di vessel with diffennt connectors from the standard hoselock ones.
so i phone up doug after a few email.explain what i was after and that i didnt mine waiting if he could supply the parts at my cost.
well the vessel turned up today after being sent friday,and it was just what i was looking for.
every thing was right for my set up.
what i like was that doug took the time to phone me back after i asked to speak to him.he done all the running about to make sure that he could get the parts and to make sure that it fitted,
big thing for me was that he done the running about to get it sorted and only charged me for the parts and not the cost of sorting it out,which must have taken sometime,especially with the bad weather they still had up there in scotland.

my private doctor is exactly the same mate, I had a double fracture of the arm and he only charged me for a single

I have to second this.
I ordered a di vessel online from them without hoselock fittings. I also sent an email asking about how to fit the small diameter john guest tubing.
The next morning, I had a phone call from Doug explaining that he could set it up with this size of fittings for me, so I asked if he would do so and I would send him an online payment for the difference so that he could send it out the next day.
He actually sent it before he received payment for the fittings and service like this deserves a mention. Thanks Doug!
