Leave a bowl of salt in the back of your van it will soak up all the moisture!

just fill it up and shove it in the van, you'll know if it's enough by how much water's in the bowl. depends how much water is in the van, it might be better with rock salt as you could put it on a bit of fine mesh with the bowl under it, and might get a few uses out of it, but table salt's cheap enough.
see if you can still get them things what used salt crystals that you put on window sills, have'nt seen any since woolys went down the swanny

Soup bowl should be fine but as chip said it depends on how much moisture is in your van!

her`s another for you mike! you can also do this on the inside of you car/van windows!

Fed up with steamy windows in your kitchen/bathroom,
Make steamy windows a thing of the past!
Buy a bottle of sugar soap and pour a little onto a cloth wipe over offending windows and mirrors dry off! Job done! no more steamy windows/mirrors.
