think they've thought of that
you can get it in different grades, i assume finest is best, don't know if the coarse scratches

It's not as course as 0000 steel wool & the benefit is - it doesn't rust. I get mine from the States - rarely use it. I wouldn't believe everything you read about sheeting - I've heard since, it doesn't work on all windows.
