bought a clamp of them last tuesday 10/1/12.... have u any in stock... yes he replied... need it asap if poss i said..... he said he would get it out that afternoon
still aint got it 6 days waiting..........
foned today an they said it was due to go out today............
postal errors............. heap of p..h..........
never had any this nonsence when ordering rubbers or scrims........
might go back on the ladders to do them tradders....

clamp came today................ excactly 1 week since ordering........... not good enough in my eyes
clamp 10 odd quid then vat then postage.......... £21.50 they took out bank......... postage no more than £2.50........... robberey............

 I had a similiar experience with brodex , thursday last week ordered 3 clamp levers , had 1 break,i asked how long before i got them the guy said , "i'll get them out the door for you myself ",great i thought. Although they where only £2 each the P&P was £7.95.  They finally arrived this wednesday , great service,NOT.
