I had a glassfibre one I bought a couple of years ago but it was too bendy and quite heavy. I found it annoying.
I ended up cutting it down and using it as a compact wfp for bungalows and tight spaces.
The Harris pole is better  Grin

I've not tried a CLX either.
But compare the price and weight of a CLX pole against something like a Bayersan pole and the CLX would win hands down every time.

i bought the 25 foot bayersen pole very heavy. so i got a harris pole made it into a wfp then took the first section of the bayersen pole & added it to the harris pole. just cut the rubber end thingy off the harris then push it into the bayersen pole section. gives you another 5 feet & a lot lighter.
