Well, go to Cheshire fishing and look for an F16/M16, you only need section 4 onwards so may get a refunf for the top 3 sections if you ask nicely(Phone them is best) that will get you to 42ft then add 4 extension sections at 5ft5" each which is err.. approx 22ft, so 22ft plus 42ft gives you and actual 64ft reaches 68ft. My charge- nothing zero  
You could do the same with virtually any other brand like a Maver or a Daiwa

I did all this in very fine detail on Matts DIY forum it is now unused but still active, you may have to ask me to ask him to let you through all the spam filters but see what you can do, it may take a week to read and understand it all. Its to much info to bring over here.I am still using the same pole
