Hi guys, im not the brightest when it comes to electrics so i thought i would tap your brains.
If i had a 3 phase 415v water pump, is there any way i can change it to a 230v and use it on a standard houseold socket? Someone said that i could take the line to the neutral which s the 230v single phase and one of the other phases? I don't understand really, any help please asap. Thanks... Huh?

"ELECTRICITY" you can't see it,you can't smell it,and the first you'll know about it,is when you're flying away from it!!! If you don't know what you're doing, leave well alone, before someone gets hurt or worse Shocked

the only way to do this is a single phase to three phase AC converter however they are very expensive and most probably not worth the cost.

try this site to find a converter
