1  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: dust storm on: April 16, 2013, 05:16:03 PM
Hard luck Rich, dust turns to soup, murder to get a good finish. Double or triple rinse is all I found that worked.

9  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: CORRUGATED CLADDING CLEANING on: March 08, 2013, 08:53:06 AM
Do not underestimate the hard work, they are very large areas and the corrugations complicate, try something like a tucker ot vikan large brush, use their own tap water, is it covered in traffic wax ? Jet spray the solution on maybe with a thixotropic foam so that it sticks and has a better chance to work and.. break it down into workeable areas so that the solution doesnt dry on.

12  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: `Powder Coated Frames `Spotting``Smearing` on: February 23, 2013, 09:48:37 PM
Hi Lewis, I remeber you have had this problem for some time, hopefully its just on one or two choice jobs that you want to keep. Only suggestion I( have is as above clean the glass only keeping 1" away from the frames with a low flow for a second time say 10 min later, depending on the time of year.
13  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: backpacks on: February 23, 2013, 09:44:36 PM
Cut the outlet pipe and fit a simple bypass 'T' with a tap on the return back to the tank through a hole in the top of the tank  you can further reduce the output up to 50% so... 0.9L/min-1.8L/min this wont put stress on the pump as the outflow should always equal the inflow.
14  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: Best Names on: February 23, 2013, 09:40:27 PM
If you want to link to Facebook you usually have to use your own name unless its a business account. I tried You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login as I wanted something that could be remebered from a van sign when seen in a glimpsep, but now I have been established since I was 17 I use my proper name as the above recomendations suggest, that way you also make it harder for a copycat, which does happen.

19  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: spotting on: February 17, 2013, 06:59:37 PM
Could it be that most of that block have always spotted but you havent noticed it ?
I would go back and re do the panes that you noticed the spotting on (not the whole block)and wait for it to dry.Just tell the punters your doing some tests.
20  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: Problem with heater on: February 12, 2013, 09:36:50 PM
Air trap in the gas supply, leave it flow for a bit ?
21  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: anyone tried this before on: February 10, 2013, 07:50:09 PM
I use silicon type 6mmID hose and just close the doors, maybe you just need a door wedge at the bottom of the doors to stop them pinching the hose.
22  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: hot wash on: January 30, 2013, 08:33:06 PM
Its the not knowing, I am guessing the top display chages automatically, if Peter had taken the plunge and had another delivery I would have thought he would be telling everyone about it.
23  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: Friday 25th January on: January 25, 2013, 09:29:05 PM
with any luck it will be 5 nights of rain :-)
heater, hmm, vehicle insides dont need an oil filled rad, does need a tickle with the immersion for 1/2 hour early mornings, like the "free" car rad heat not for most as you need to plumb it in. L5 or similar is probably easier fix.More when I finish 6 months use.
24  Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning / Water Fed Poles / Re: Friday 25th January on: January 25, 2013, 07:40:23 PM
