I am looking to do some slips to leave when custies are not in,what should I include on them?, at the moment I leave a card but wanted something that looks abit more professional, do you make your own or download something? cheers..

I do my own I just use word
I include a postal address for cheques, bank sort code and account number for online banking, and my web address for paypal payments, I also put my contact numbers on it. occasionally I have offers on the back of them

THe same as Stu's but done by vistaprint in a business card stylee. nice and colourful.

As above plus a section for date cleaned, any balance brought forward from previous unpaid cleans and a total amount to pay.
