yes they did but these new fangled ones self repair if you get a puncture 5mm or less..owt bigger and its a AA job unfortunatley.

i had a vespa in the late 70s early 80s, went on a few massive rides to seaside, was thousands of us. they seem to be making a comeback now, more two wheelers of all types on the road now than ever.  looks nice kirky. mines was painted red with union jack on side panels had a mate who had a side car fitted, sat in it once, he was a right loon scared me sh*tless..... Shocked
