How old is he again?

This lad's got a bright future in the game IMHO Steve, he's got a lot of the attributes needed with a top striker, pace, power, good with the head aswell as the feet and with a deft finishing touch, makes him one with great potential.

I hope the lad can keep his feet firmly on the ground and not be overly inflenced by the materialistic modern players that besmirch the modern game.  If the lad can concentrate on his game and keep scoring the kind of goals he has on that video it won't be too long before he's name is in lights and the press come knocking.

Honestly, good luck to the lad, I hope your super-proud of the lad Steve(I know I would be!)

Finally, and I choose these words carefully...he kind of reminds me of my favourite player... Big Duncan.
