this well be my 1st half ironman,

if i enjoy it iam hoping to do a full ironman the year after for me 45th birthday. Shocked Shocked


which would be a 2mile swim,112mile bike and a full 26mile marathon run Grin Grin Grin Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

your right there nick.a few year ago about 7/8 i was near 17stone in weight and never want to go back there Wink
