I keep getting kicked off the forum and banned

Sorry for posting this on the wfp board but as it gets the most traffic thought it best. This is driving me mad. I keep hetting an error msg appear now and again in fact quite frequent and it sqys sorry geust you are banned from using the forum or my user name if I am signed in. Any ideas as I got to clear all cookie data, clear history and clear cache to get back on everytime. Any mods about is it a forum issue or is it my hardware any help appreciated greatly thanks.

Sounds to me that you sometimes get an IP address from your ISP that has been used by a known spammer or a banned member.

If you can find out your IP address on the occations when you are "banned" from the site then I will endevour to locate it and see. Nothing I can do at the moment as your IP is all clear.

Sorry for the inconveinience it causes you and I will try and get it sorted if possible.

We currently get on averge over 100 attempted registrations per day from spammers and trawlers, etc so sometimes to keep the numbers down we will ban an IP address as some of these people will use many different email address to try and gain entry to the site to either post spam or gain your email addresses. So far this year we have had OVER 25,000 (thats not a typo nor an exageration) known spammers try and join the forum with over 10,000 others automatically refused to sign up due to already banned email or IP addresses.
