Check out the Page Layout view. This will show you what prints where. It sounds as if there's a load of blank pages been inserted before your actual invoice. What you want is just the invoice on Page 1. It's the usual problem - difficult to explain but easy to do once you have it up on the screen in front of you.

ahh got you Craig, there is 40 pages but only 10 printable ones, so that helps, but the invoices are chopping off a tiny bit from the right hand side, it is ok if the invoice is 6 pound or 15 pound but the 200 hundred gets chopped

Sounds as if you need to increase the margin a wee bit. That will be on Page Layout somewhere.

PS Invoices for £200?!? Sounds as if it's time to invest in IT lessons  Grin

sorted, I changed the settings to narrow, and find the page with print preview, and they are fine but a bit of pain when I used to do it, can I get rid of the blank pages?
 Cheesy happy now though
