i am deeply offended by this news.  there is no national holiday for wales (st davids day) but they would have one for the whole of britain. it is absolutly discusting.  ROLL ON A WELSH (or celtic) REPUBLIC I SAY.

i hate bank holidays anyway the government telling u when to take a day off.

i know thee is a petition to get it going but is there one to protest it?

scotland made st andrews day a bank holiday, but you had to give up an other bank holiday if you take it. personally wouldnt want a britain day one either. as self employed they are just a pain anyway

one thing about being self employed is that there isnt really such a thing as bank holidays or weekends for that matter,   I had a contract at a uni and the easter clean meant working good friday easter sunday and easter monday and it snowed like hell

we dont have that comfort zone like paid workers  but wouldnt swap for the world

I keep promising my bird that I will take her to wales and bang her ( bangor  lol )
