had a strange week this four people on my round has died (still doing their houses as its their partners or mum's) one of the people that died i did get a little bit upset about also as he was a lovely chap even tho he was cancer ridden, he die on fathers day, so it was a very emotional time for the family

i got them a card as i get along with the family, do any off you do the same for your good customers

on the brighter side of this week i bought a new brush on off the DR squeegee brushes for the wcw (good brushes for tho's that want to know ) and got a 300 ltr D shaped tank up'd my work load straight away im loving the speed im getting out off not needing to go home and refil as well as the new brush Cheesy (ps im running my 250 as well as the 300 ltr tanks) its good to improve your equipment at times

next step getting a new RO and getting a second 300 ltr tank Grin

Nice one mate , onwards and upwards .
I have a house thats up for sale , and their mums is as well as she is moving as well.  Problem she is in a complex of 8 houses that I clean and she collects the money etc for me .
Just hope I keep the others , I find when houses get sold its sometimes difficult to get the new vendors .

Can work the other way too tho Kempy,If your customer is moving and it's still local you do their new house, even better if it's on a new build estate, gets you started and no need to canvass.Plus the people who move into the house you thought you had lost take you on and you put the price up a tad.

Put price up in this climate , i'd be happy just to maintain my work-load .

Alot of persons on here stating they are putting their prices up when they already say they are earning ,£30 , £40 per hour are in cloud cuckoo land .
And then they post wondering why so many new wfp vans are driving around starting up .
£30 per hr / £40 per hour earning £60-£70K a year Huh?Huh?Huh??//

custies are moving 50 mile away to manchester , custie lost , no problem as my workload is too much as im too cheap .
