Its been 100 days today since I smoked my last cigarette. Never thought I would do it especially after smoking 20+ fags every day for last 30 years.

Nice one , Its one habit that i have never done .
smoked say 1 cigar a year .

a good advantage bully boy is that i bet you have saved loads of cash and feel fitter , also less smoke breaks therefore more windows cleaned .
