i dont know if it is any use to anybody or they have already seen it but the guy
who  runs window cleaning pro has put a free html code generator for a online
quote calculator nice addition to your website if you havent already got one.

its on cleanitup forum on the second page at mo on the window cleaning section

Another vote for this. It's very easy to use and easy to set up. I've whacked it on my website's home page if anyone wants an example of what it can do.
