well i agree, its a youngmans job, i am 40 and the youngguy wot works for me is 25 and he hasent a clue how about hard graft (muppet) i let him have a list of work (30 houses) it takes him a week wots that all about? havent the young'uns heard of the word called stamina? in my book it means: get out of bed at half five (in the morn) get breaky do your body training (toilet) start at half seven (in the morn) work, work, work, work, work till you drop with a wee tiny small break (10 mins) and get home at 7 oclock (at night) inc travel. thats a days work. in my book.

having now worked on both sides of the fence my honest opinion is ladders and squegee clean the windows better without a doubt but i'd sooner do 40ft windows from the saftey of the ground. i keep getting soaked though

converted to waterfed pole system, when using ladders and squeegee for standard barratt homes or wimpy homes i could clean 12 houses an hour if i worked like a dog, now i am cleaning 12-15 houses an hour with the pole. easy.wayhay. anyone else got similar story. Are these dolls houses you are talking about!

Here's me thinking you were 21 Totally agree young nowadays are not fit enough because PE is now a dirty word in school Water Pole for me, hate the squeegee and now hate going up ladders. My main choice for going over to wfp is because there are to many so called diy garden designers nowadays. Used to turn up at peoples houses, see a big new design / garden bang in front of the window. And they still expect you to clean their windows with your ladder at 45 degree angle. Then new builds, architects no longer thing how is a window cleaner going to clean them windows Hence wfp all the way for me but I'm getting old

12 houses an hour,no been funny my friend but i dont believe you,1 house every 5 mins and thats including climbing the ladder and positioning it,then walkin round the property, bit of exageration i think
4 houses an hour is a nice pace so to treble that i find impossible, unless your workmanship is very poor and even if it was i doubt an hous ein 5 mins is possible
