In relation to wagtail where the screw is that holds the squeegee rubber.
I found that if over tightened it strips the thread in plastic.
Solution Drill plastic hole the same size as the one in squeegee channel, then get a screw that is slightly bigger then the hole in the squeegee channel just screw in .
Also holds the channel in tighter , stops movement  while using.

By the way you can also drill a hole in the middle of your older wage tail squeegee channels then put a screw in, to hold the rubber in without slipping out all time.
Quick and easier to change rubbers also.

i filed the tip of the screw a tad so that i never need to loosen the screw to change the rubber (filed it smaller and smooth

So what holds the rubber if the screw doesnt hold it ?

i only file a very small amount off the tip of the screw ,a millimetre or so ,file it to have a ball end ,  the screwtip still grips the rubber ,but you can just about pull the rubber in and out ,by hand effort alone
