there's like a narrow slot for it on the back of the blade. just slides in.
theres a good photo of the thing on windowcleaning warehouse site.
mines not been delivered yet, can't wait (flipper version)
have trialed the non flipper but i only use flipper now for everything.

My slimline flipper arrived. I was wrong about how the pad attaches. It's back to velcro. works ok.
I use it all the time.
