Never tried it yet. I like GG3 on some glass and fairy on others, Liddle W5 is quite good too.

there is glide but you have to be light handed to be honest I have started adding a little touch of fairy into the gg3 mix.

snake is start at top left corner and work towards yout right reach near the end and just swivel the blade back in the oppsiite direction and continue the process until yuo reach the end of the window you would need to see it awkward to explain. uless other on here with more knowledge can explain it better.

never heard the techniques described as snake or fan but fitting terms, i expect most would use snake (i like it Grin ) on normal sized windows when you work your way down from one side to the other, and fan on larger like showroom when you might proceed down in a waving fashion,in half moon shapes.
by the way what do you call the technique when hyou go up and down working along?

there's the dole waller way where you put the squeegee on one side pull itt across wipe it then do the next line, cos you ain't got the wrist movement

That's the rollercoaster stroke, popular with the pikey window cleaners.

I found Squeegee-Off to be useless on stubborn stains.
