hi mate, i have been using the orbital flipper for a while now and just wanted your thoughts on the whirlwind. is it worth changing to?

I like the Blue Ribband because of the easy way the pad attaches by velcro, but I don't like the screw in the middle so much. If you look at my vids on youtube I got a mod for it.
As for the Orbital, I like it because it's easier to modify for the pole. Again see vids.
The Whirlwind is only the Blue Ribband with an improved pad. Brilliant tools though. I use all of them. Grin

I think the whirlwind is the best yet - the screw system is better than wrestling with that rubber. Thumbs up from me. Just carry a penknife with a phillips screwdriver in it - no probs. I do like the way the old pad got into all the corners because it was thinner, but the new green microfiber gives a better scrub.
