Hi,
Any levellers will be good as they will have been tested to destruction. You might find that too many accessories can get a bit fiddly. A small block of wood has done me in the past. As always, test out how you place your ladder every time especially when surfaces are wet and
green on slabs, concrete etc. Remember, if in doubt dont do the window. Most customers will understand. Or use a pole for that window. I always push my ladders back and forth, with experience it will tell you whats going on. I often twist both my boots exactly where the ladders are to be placed. This usually does the trick. If your area of window cleaning has a lot of gradients though, don't make do, try out the levellers that appeal to you the most and keep them in good condition.
Chris.

I am actually a customer and wanted to seek advice to see how I can get my windows cleaned safely.  We are in a Georgian mid-terrace three stories high with two-story bay window.  Our cleaner today has said he can no longer clean the sash window on the 2nd floor above the double-height bay window due to (changed) health and safety laws.  We are on a busy main road so he does not want to risk getting caught due to large fines and loss of ladders!!  Obviously I am more concerned for his safety rather than just being within the law.  How would you guys recommend we get the top window cleaned?  Thanks in advance for any tips!
