Hi Guys,
Have started to use GG4 (don't know difference to GG3 but what the hell) Find it pretty good especially for pole-work. Bit hard to get used to because not so many bubbles so can't see what your doing as easy. Less detailing and less clogging of blade. Nice glide but tends to run a bit more when youv'e walked away!
Anybody tried those blades you get with the Wagtail gear, you know, those red coloured ones. I reckon they are phenomenal. Best Iv'e ever used and last forever!
Chris.

I've exclusively used GG4 for the last 3/4 years. Its a foamless chemical - its not meant to leave suds. It doesn't bleed more, its less, you probably jammed a dodgy seal. Most people find it harder to use because it has less slip. The difference is in the finish.

I believe that GG4 is formulated for hardwater areas and GG3 is for softwater areas.

Thanks Guys, very helpful. Getting used to GG4 now but I don't know wether Iv'e got hard of soft water here in Durham (near Darlington). I think it's supplied by Kielder Water, a great big man made reservior. Anyway, I hope to incorporate WFP into my round doing a fair size office block so I'm going to find out if hard or soft with TDS!
Have noticed GG4 doesn't dry as white as say Fairy. Has anyone else noticed this?

hi mr h. at the moment i'm doing upstairs wfp and most downstairs trad with fairy until i get something else. i take it gg3 is the one for me as i use pure in my bucket.
will be all wfp in future as i'm getting tank in van but with trolley and 10 containers, 250 litres isn't enough to get me through a full day.
there's so much gear available to make our job easier these days but with a swb vivaro i have  to leave a bit of space in case i need to sleep in there as our lass is sick of me buying the stuff Shocked

I'm all WFP and only use it for first cleans and on gutters, facias and really bad "green" conservatory roofs. Really bad stuff I spray a strong solution on the brush and work it in. Give a light spray and work it in again then go over with the water on and everything quickly comes up sparkling.

I've tried a few different soaps. Ettore, Unger, dishsoap (shhh don't tell Grin) but I'm sold on GG4. I wouldn't use anything else. When the temps get hot I use some Winsol super slip to kepp good glide. Other than that there really is no down side to GG4.

Hello. Yep, gg4 is great stuff. I recently started using gg3 and I like it even more. One of the differences is that it is more concentrated than gg4. I use only a tiny amount in a bucket, and I add a small amount of fairy. Incidently, I live in a hard water area and gg3 and gg4 both work brilliantly.

live in a hard water area and found had to put a lot of GG3 in but now i use just 3ml like it says on bottle and what a product hardly any detailing or scrim work and over time does keep glass cleaner wouldnt use anything else    thought about GG4 and would if someone gave me a bit to try but using ro'ed water GG3 works very very well and GG4 might not
