They are easy. Just blade them as normal and give all the upvc a wipe over at the sills unless they want all the upvc done and again just give it a clean with your cloth of choice.If your wfp, even easier.

i cleaned 1 a few weeks ago. 

im new so i dont have WFP but was advised by porto-geezer to get a car cleaning brush from e-bay...so got 1 for £18 including p & p......glad i listened because it worked really well.  make sure your customer has an outside tap or no good to you.
