Can anyone tell me why they are making scrapers angled i.e. champion & some Triumphs.
Some say its for pole work. I still can't figure out the benefit

When you are using a regular scraper on a pole above 15 or 20ft, when you try to scrape up and down the scraper rides on the plastic rather than on the blade, you can counter act this by increasing your angle to the window but this can cause the blade to dig into the glass, with an angled scraper you use the angle to keep the blade on the glass while still standing relatively close to the window

I'm specifically referring to the champion & Unger(I think) scrapers, that tilted the head more than angle the head towards the glass.

You may have a point there? I know they use angled scrapers for floors. But these are sold as Window cleaning scrapers.
