I have a window cleaning round that takes £1,317.00 per month and £1,377.00 every other month.

The round is condensed down to simply five days and has been cleaned by me for the last 25 months.  Due to other business and time interests I'm wanting to sell the round as soon as possible.

The days are split as follows;
1 x day Crook, Co Durham
1 x day Bishop Auckland, Co Durham
1 x day Willington, Co Durham
1 x day Spennymoor, Co Durham
1 x day Howden le Wear, Co Durham

There are 154nr houses and small industrial factories and the collecting of the houses is done with very little effort.  The reason for the sale is I had a lad working for me doing the works, however he has other work commitments, therefore can't continue.

The total for the above is £5,200.00.  I also have a Vauxhall Vivaro van that is fully kitted out with the wfp system, along with a 650L tank - I'm wanting a further £1,500.00 for this.

It would be ideal to sell to someone who as work in the area - however it is also a good business for someone to start off.
